A family shop that grew up, without growing out of its principles.
Fifteen years of doing the boring things well.
Gulf Coast Home Services started in 2009 out of a garage in Brooksville, with one truck, one license, and a simple conviction: most homeowners just want someone who’ll show up, tell the truth, and build something that lasts.
Fifteen years later, that’s still the whole thing. We’ve grown — a real office, a real crew, four hundred-plus completed projects — but the structure hasn’t changed. Every project still has a licensed contractor leading it. Every bid is still fixed. Every homeowner still gets our cell phone.
We’re based in Brooksville, but we build all across Hernando County, Pasco County, and the Tampa Bay area. Most of our work comes from homeowners who sent us their neighbors. That’s the scorecard we care about.
Four values.
Non-negotiable.
Honest Work
If it can’t be done right, we don’t bid it. If we bid it, we do it right.
Straight Answers
Fixed prices, clear timelines, and real explanations — no construction jargon.
Showing Up
On time, on the job, on the phone. The simplest promise in construction is still the hardest.
Built to Last
We build the way we’d build for our own families. Because often, we are.
